PeptideVerify provides analytical testing services for peptide samples. Our testing services and certificates are for analytical and quality verification purposes only. We do not endorse, sponsor, or have any affiliation with any companies, organizations, or products submitted for testing.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PeptideVerify services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you", "your") and PeptideVerify Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 12345678).
2. Services Description
PeptideVerify is a bridging service that connects clients with GLP-compliant laboratory partners. We facilitate the following analytical testing services:
2.1 Purity Testing (HPLC)
Conducted by our accredited laboratory partners:
- High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) analysis
- Purity percentage determination
- Chromatogram analysis and peak identification
- Digital certificate with QR code verification
2.2 Identity Testing (LC-MS)
Conducted by our accredited laboratory partners:
- Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) analysis
- Molecular weight confirmation
- Peptide identity verification
- Combined HPLC + MS analysis
2.3 Express Services
- Priority processing with expedited turnaround
- Dedicated support and consultation
- Enhanced certificates with detailed analysis
3. Account Registration
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Order Process and Acceptance
4.1 Placing Orders
Orders are placed through our online platform. Each order requires:
- Expected peptide information (name, molecular weight, formula)
- Sample source and batch number (if available)
- Service tier selection (Standard, Professional, or Enterprise)
- Payment confirmation
4.2 Order Acceptance
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:
- Insufficient sample quantity or quality
- Suspected illegal or prohibited substances
- Violation of research use restrictions
- Payment issues or fraud concerns
- Technical limitations or capacity constraints
4.3 Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimates from sample receipt at our laboratory:
- Standard Service: 5-7 business days
- Professional Service: 3-5 business days
- Express Service: 24-48 hours
Times may vary due to sample complexity, laboratory capacity, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
Prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and may be updated at any time. Prices confirmed at checkout apply to that specific order.
5.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment must be received before sample analysis begins.
5.3 Refunds and Cancellations
- Before Analysis: Full refund if cancelled before testing begins
- During Analysis: No refund once testing has commenced
- Failed Analysis: Full refund if we cannot complete testing due to our error
- Insufficient Sample: No refund if sample is inadequate (we will notify you first)
5.4 Disputes
Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction. Contact us at billing@peptideverify.co.uk to resolve billing issues.
6. Sample Requirements and Handling
6.1 Sample Submission
Samples must:
- Be provided in sufficient quantity (minimum 1mg recommended)
- Be properly labelled with order reference number
- Comply with UK shipping and safety regulations
- Be legal to possess and transport in your jurisdiction
6.2 Prohibited Samples
We reserve the right to refuse testing of:
- Controlled substances or illegal drugs
- Hazardous or radioactive materials (without prior approval)
- Biological samples (blood, tissue, bodily fluids)
- Any samples that violate UK laws or regulations
6.3 Sample Disposal
Samples are typically consumed during analysis. Remaining material is securely disposed of within 30 days unless you request return (additional fees apply).
6.4 No Endorsement
We do not endorse, sponsor, recommend, or have any affiliation with any companies, suppliers, manufacturers, or products submitted for testing. Our role is strictly limited to providing independent analytical testing services.
7. Certificates and Results
7.1 Certificate Delivery
Upon completion, you will receive a digital certificate containing:
- Test results and analytical data
- Chromatograms and mass spectra (where applicable)
- QR code for public verification
- Laboratory accreditation information
- Unique certificate reference number
7.2 Certificate Validity
Certificates reflect the specific sample tested at the time of analysis. Results do not guarantee:
- Quality or purity of other batches or samples
- Suitability for any particular purpose
- Safety for human or veterinary use
- Compliance with regulatory standards
7.3 Public Verification
Certificate verification data (peptide name, test date, results summary) is publicly accessible via QR code. Personal information is never disclosed.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our IP
All content, designs, logos, software, and methodologies are owned by PeptideVerify Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2 Test Results
You own the test results and certificates for your samples. You may use them for research, publication, or commercial purposes, provided you:
- Accurately represent the results without alteration
- Include proper attribution to PeptideVerify
- Do not claim our endorsement of your products
8.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer our platform or methodologies
- Copy, modify, or redistribute our software
- Use our trademarks without written permission
- Scrape or extract data from our platform
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Accuracy
While our laboratory partners maintain GLP-compliant standards, we do not guarantee:
- 100% accuracy of analytical results
- Fitness for any particular purpose
- Specific outcomes from using our services
9.2 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service, not exceeding £1,000 per incident.
9.3 Excluded Damages
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Third-party claims arising from your use of results
- Delays due to courier, customs, or force majeure events
9.4 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- How you use and interpret test results
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Any products or research derived from our testing
- Safety and legality of submitted samples
10. Confidentiality and Data Use
We treat all order information and test results as confidential, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may use anonymized data for:
- Quality assurance and method validation
- Statistical analysis and research
- Service improvement and development
We will never disclose your identity or specific results to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms or applicable laws
- Submit prohibited or illegal samples
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse our platform or staff
- Fail to pay for services
Upon termination, you lose access to your account, but previously issued certificates remain valid for verification purposes.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
12.1 Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage informal resolution:

- Participate in good-faith negotiations
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or platform announcement. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Miscellaneous
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PeptideVerify Ltd.
14.2 Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
14.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
14.4 Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
